  • Very faithful reproduction of hardcover original

    I was a little worried that an ebook could not be faithful to the fairly sophisticated graphic design of the hardcover. With one unfortunate exception that repeats with some regularity, the ebook here does a fine job of keeping up with the challenges of the hardcover’s graphics. Each chapter has a timeline of its particular era but this have not been reproduced as well as the rest. They are so small that the reader will have difficulty reading them. Purchased this through
